    already install htc drivers, and usv debugging is on.

    connection is fine now with usb 2.0. However, in the command prompt still said "waiting for device"

    it went from fastboot to fastboot usb, but the led on the top was not on.

    when I unlocking my phone, my laptop cannot recognized my sensation when its in fastboot. This makes fastboot code not working out in Command Prompt. Do you know why? I did install htc driver. Is there anything to do with my windows 8?

    where can we find Android Revolution HD ROM thats base on 3.32? all I can find is Android Revolution HD 6.8.0 which is based on 3.33. Thanks in advance
