It happened straight after the update. I've not tried it in screen mirroring mode for any length of time, but will today. The fan does work on the docking station.

Try updating the bootloader again using odin When this has happend factory reset Flash the rom, addonsu and gapps in the same TWRP session The rom should work then, I've been happily using it for about 6months now

You could alter the kernel settings with Deathly Adiutor In the Power and battery section, change the current in both AC/Mains input current (screen on) and AC/Mains charge current (screen on) to 2000mA. I find this charges the tablet with the screen on without it getting too hot.

I have the Samsung MHL adaptor, my note 3 running official Lineage 14 is just plug and play, sound and video. I've had sound working twice, I can't easily replicate and for the moment haven't got the time to play. I don't know if it was by changing the Select USB configuration to RNDIS, or...

Clean flashed the 12th rom, wouldn't recognise the sim. Updated the baseband recognises the sim. Dirty flashed the 19th rom and appears to be working fine with MHL and sound. Thanks
