it means to go to clockwork mode recovery and do nandroid restore, you did that already in your previous post when you asked how do you know that backup is working.

Remove battery and put it back, hold volume down+power button 4-5 seconds. Can you enter fasboot? if so selecet recovery. Also make sure there ain't no other zip files in root of sd card. Also try to uninstall htc sync, reboot and install again.
