Thanks alot, finally!!! The port I had for the Note 9 work perfectly. But its been failure after failure every since I got this Note 10 trying to find a port that works completely. I can report that this one is working perfectly after following the steps. No issues, no crashing.

Mine finally got delivered to my house about a week and a half later than it should have, not gonna keep though since I bought a Spigen Neo Hybrid and I'm good with that.

I contacted Amazon and Amazon contacted them and replied right away saying that it was shipped. Amazon ended up giving me a promotional credit for the price of the case since it hadn't arrived in the promised time. I still have not received it.

Good that you finally received yours, please update when you can. I been itching to pull the trigger on another case because I was sick of waiting for this one to arrive. Did your tracking information ever update on usps? Just asking cause mine is still showing shipped on 10/15 and nothing else.
