Thread BRJ5 to Android P Beta

What is the upgrade path from BRJ5 firmware on the G960US? Does anyone have a reliable link to the Odin files and flashable zips I will need? TIA.

Post [GUIDE] How to install the One UI beta on an AT&T locked s9

Ended up not being able to go from BRJ5 because I can't get the firmware in the correct order. Did doing this trip your Knox? Not a huge deal for me, as I am the IT in my government agency, but a big deal for device compliance in Intune.

    Post [ROM][Resurrection Remix v5.8.4][Android Nougat 7.1.2][OMS][08/20/17]

Did anyone else have issues with Daydream VR? I love the ROM, unfortunately the wife got me a Daydream for my birthday and it was horribly choppy. Reinstalled O DP3 and it's smooth as butter. Any ideas? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk

Yeah if you're on PH1 and stock you don't need to restore with Odin. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk ---------- Post added at 08:01 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:01 PM ---------- Format your SD card Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

You shouldn't need to repartition anything. If you're on a rooted/custom rom, reflash PH1 using ODIN to go back to stock, load the update.zip onto your sdcard in /fota and recovery apply that from SD, then factory reset when Nougat boots.

I don't think it will. I believe in our forums somewhere there's instructions on how to snag the ota. Have someone who registered in time give it a whirl. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk ---------- Post added at 07:19 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:17 AM ---------- Really? My...

+1 on the factory reset, it was the first thing I did after installing. Also, this is interesting... Apparently you're automagically registered for beta upon signing in with a Samsung account... Cat's out of the bag I guess! Still, I think Samsung understands if power users go out of...

So far it feels like an RTM build. Pretty polished and smooth. I can make calls, texts, wifi works, camera works, speakers work. Haven't found anything that's out of order. I just finished setting up all of my feeds & apps, no FC's. I will report in if I have issues and what I did to resolve...
