Almost I flasked .tar, it booted I then flashed TWRP... In TWRP I flashed modded boot.img then supers zip.. It optimized my apps gets all the way to the welcome screen (a few time to the wifi screen) then reboots ,,over and over. I then reflashed it all over again and same thing.

I assume that you are RMAed your Nexus 6 and they gave you another one, and that one has the same problem? My last phone was really bad with the fluctuation and the volume going up and down. I had the same problem I RMAed my phone and the new one works perfect I tried everything on the other phone from ROMs to Viper FX and audio FX but in the end I needed to RMA it.
