Still showing "HD" when placing a call. Unless that's just there by default, is there any other way to test if VoLTE is really OFF?

How do you disable VoLTE? I'm on T-Mobile and there's no setting to turn it OFF or ON. I'm rooted and tried adding <CscFeature_RIL_SupportVolte>FALSE</CscFeature_RIL_SupportVolte> <CscFeature_IMS_EnableVoLTE>false</CscFeature_IMS_EnableVoLTE> But that didn't work...
