    Post ROM★★★TF201 KitKat 4.4.4-CROMBi-kk-R1-Oct 1★★★

Flashing TF201 with 12 May 2014 Build - FIXED No, it is apparently the right one after all. I had selected the full wipe when I selected the desired kernel; but this apparently did do a full of a wipe as one would think. I booted into the boot loader (Vol Down + Power) and selected the Wipe...

    Post ROM★★★TF201 KitKat 4.4.4-CROMBi-kk-R1-Oct 1★★★

Flashing TF201 with 12 May 2014Build Seems to Hang I have followed the instructions for flashing cm-11.0-20140512-crombi-kk-tf300t.zip, was on Hairybean 4.3.1; seem to be taking a VERY long time to boot past the initial CROMBi-KK splash. I have removed the unit from the dock, the charger...

    Post CF AutoRoot

AT&T SM-P907A Root? It looks like the WiFi version of the Pro 12.2 is pretty rootable. Anyone know about the rootability of the fairly new AT&T SM-P907AZKAATT variant?

Post [12/29] Restore for MJ5 --Doesn't trip Knox and optionally provides root--

Flash a Stock T-Mobile/Verizon ROM I asked this on another thread and was told it could not be done without a special phone programmer. Why? Assuming the hardware is the same (and I can not really believe it would be) What could it hurt to try? (Maybe brick mode of some sort?

Post Official - the 4.X.X update - discussion thread

Non-Persistent (i.e. gone after a reboot) Root for Official NC2 OK, so (again I am trying to learn this in perspective of my past hardware experience), as the boot loader is a software piece, I am assuming it is loaded into the internal flash memory accordingly. Am I correct in that the...

Post Official - the 4.X.X update - discussion thread

Non-Persistent (i.e. gone after a reboot) Root for Official MC2 After some hours and many pages of forums; I am trying to see if I have any possible temporary root option for the disgusting official AT&T 4.4.2 update. When I got the download via WiFi; all the /system/xbin files are still there...

    Post [Q] at&t NOTE 3 4.4.2 (nc2) root?

Temporary, non-reboot persistent root? Is there a way, using something like the ADB kit; to side load the required root files? As I understand it, this might be possible, just not persistent with reboots of the device. This would be AOK for me for now as I rarely ever have to reboot my...

    Post [Q] at&t NOTE 3 4.4.2 (nc2) root?

Back One Level This may have already been discussed in a previous thread in another forum, if so please excuse; but is there a way to go backwards back to a 4.3 base that was quite rootable? I too have been ensnared in the AT&T NC2 trap. Thanks so much.

Post [Q] Custom ROM without being rooted?

Rooting Stock 9.4.2.21 Similar here, I just want to root the stock 9.4.2.21 that my Prime updated with this past Thursday (about 15 minutes after I turned it on for the 1st time). Not interested in full blown custom ROMs, just need root so I can install useful stuff like AdBlocker. Thanks.
