I am for sure... previously had the G2x and did not have this problem. It's almost gotten to the point where I can barely cary on some conversations.

so far so good... i'll keep testing, but it seems to be working well now. thanks for the tip.

love this rom, but i can't get the tethering to work reliably. my computer stays connected to the hotspot, but the internet connection won't stay active for more than 1-2 minutes. anyone have a resolution for this?

after i re-re-re formatted /system /data and /cache, it finally worked.

I'm getting the following error when trying to SOC a g2x. I was able to successfully root the device, however, upon reboot I've lost root access. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Starting ADB Server... * daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 * * daemon started successfully...

the first post doesn't talk about *how* to execute the CWM install, only the nvflash. other posts in the thread talk about the CWM piece, but there is no step by step to get out of APX and into clockwork... that's what i need because something in my config is definitely out of whack.

it's doesn't do anything but boot into APX mode... holding power and volume up doesn't do anything other than enter / exit that mode. that is, unless i'm missing something else...
