You can do this by changing the build.prop. Change "ro.build.target_operator=ATT" to equal "OPEN" instead of "ATT." The data icons will change as well, fyi. You can use any build.prop editor to do this.

I didn't. Never had any boot loop issues throughout the whole rooting process. I have an ATT H810 model however. Just lurking on the T-Mobile page to see what development comes out now that you all have unlocked bootloader.

You just need an app like build.prop editor, ES File Explorer,or Root Explorer to find and edit text within the build.prop file. It is in the "system" folder. Once you've accessed the build.prop look for ro.sf.lcd_density and change the value from 640 to whatever you like and restart the phone...

I've had the same issue and then I noticed if I press the back button at that page it goes to the normal home screen. Let me know if that helps.

After much searching it seems that changing the MMS port value to 8080 makes mms work properly. Hope this works for others.

MMS Issues AT&T Just wondering if anyone found a solid fix for the mms issue on AT&T. I've tried several APN settings as recommended in earlier posts and different apps. Still don't seem to be workign properly. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Thanks everyone. I actually tried using ROMManager and it wasn't flashing the update for me. Key part I didn't explain :-/ Anyhow, I found the newest CWM and flashed the .img through terminal. Problem solved. Thanks!
