Thanks for the info. I just received a new note edge due to failure in the hardware and it came with 5.1.1 I had a hard time rooting it. But I found the file here. I still get the message during boot saying "Recovery is notSeandroid*Enforcing" but the phone still boots up and works normally. Thanks

I think I figured it out. In the APN protocol instead of having it set to ipv4/ivp6 I put it to IPv4 and it seems to be working. Netflix is streaming and websites are loading. Still testing it I'll use it more while I'm out and give an update. Thanks for your help.

So now my issue is it doesn't load websites or stream netflix. YouTube works but not websites or netflix......

Thanks those setting worked. But Internet isn't working right on the devices (kinda slow) I'm going out in a couple of minutes let's see when I have LTE if it improves. Thanks man.

So I finally rooted my phone and on my note 2 I had wifi tether app and it works flawlessy. When I run the app from the edge no devices pick up the signal. I changed the apn settings as well. Any suggestions? This is the app...

I got my edge today at 1:00p.m. in los angeles. I called 20 different stores and found 1 that had them in stock FTW

I would get 7down with 4g. I did the lte update and got 14down but my signal onlysaid 4g...no lte =/ I'm in L.A.

After like 6 tries the superuser icon came out (supersu)

After I updated to 4.1.2 I went ahead and rooted my device using the toolkit, but now after its done I dont see the superuser icon in the apps menu. Does anyone else have the same issue?

I tried unrooting my phone with note 2 toolkit v3.0.0 but my phone says its still rooted. I tried all the different ways it tells you and no luck...what am I doing wrong
