I am currently running the latest version of CM13 from the discontinued thread and I was thinking about flashing your 7/25 build. If I did this would I need to clean flash/reinstall all my apps or could I just flash on top of my existing rom?

Going to update from 12.1 soon, just need to finish backing up everything and then factory reset.

After using this ROM for a couple of days it seems that I cannot play any HD youtube videos. I can only watch videos if it is 360p or lower.

Cannot flash Whenever I try to flash this ROM, or any lollipop based ROM I get an failed message in TWRP saying "error flashing ROM". I have used multiple versions of TWRP and am currently on the most recent, 2.8.3.0.
