    I´m sorry ,for that my question wasn´t understandable .
    On the Athena there are 2 USB ports available. The above one is for using a HHD (with a 4in1 cable)
    My question was." Does this(using HDD orUSB-Stick on Athena) function with wm6.5 too?".

    My next question : Is it possible to return to WM6.1 after installing 6.5?
    Then I can try it on my own.

    spl 3.5. if you're not sure your USB port is working you can connect your device to your computer (make sure it's connected) and don't touch it when you're updating the rom. or you can update it from the sd-card.

    the current 6.5 for our devices is a bit buggy, it's the same build from the HTC blue angel and not the updated one that was shown at mobile world congress 09. but it is still usable not that reliable. you could try it out if you like. if you're going to try it out don't use pim backup to restore pim and message data because I think there is some comparability issues: it causes the device to slow down (almost halves the performance, really annoying).
