Contact samsung about this I contacted them about this and they claim no one else has reported it. If you all report this they will have to work on it, so please pressure them and report the problem. I have a dev edition so i know its them not my carrier.- xelerated

Post How do I root Verizon Note II 4.4.2 ND7?
unlock Someone at Verizon told me to go to the Samsung guys at bestbuy to unlock it. I'm going to try it, but if they can't or won't then I'm leaving Verizon and taking all 6 lines with me- xelerated
