    Post ICS a disappointment?

Uh, no. I think if you were disappointed than your expectations were too high. If you've used Honeycomb, then very little in ICS should surprise you, given that Google is simply using ICS as a vehicle to link phones with the work already accomplished on their tablet OS. Honeycomb is great...

    Post Reasons for "sub-par" hardware

It's no surprise that Google is leaving SDcards out of its Nexus phones. They want all data to end up in their cloud. To a true Google purist, physical storage is superfluous, and I'm ok with that. Given Google Music, Picassa, etc..., there's not much I can see actually loading onto my phone...

Post Nexus Prime and ICS on video

Love it. Really looking forward to Google rolling ICS out to the Nexus S (given that I probably won't be picking up the Prime for quite some time).

Post Samsung Nexus S 4G updated to support Google Wallet

Ok, so I have my Google Wallet now, but I'm a little surprised that I can't manage my Wallet through google.com/wallet. I still just get the marketing pages. It would also be nice if I could tap into Google Checkout with my Wallet, given that I already have my payment information saved through...

    Post HP touchpad

Hmm... I'd probably buy one if I could find one. I was planning on nabbing one over the weekend, but I was quite preoccupied. Oh well.. maybe they'll start popping up on ebay with only a modest markup soon.

    Post Google acquires Motorola Mobility

Gadget blogs like Engadget seem to be trying to spin Google+Motorola as something that will push hardware partners toward WP7. I'm sorry, but I think this perspective is idiotic, short-sighted, and essentially flamebait. If consumers want Android, manufacturers will continue making...

Post How much have you spent on Apps?

Not sure. Between $75-$100, I'd guess since I got my Xoom. Of course, I've been using Android since the day the G1 was released, so I'm sure the grand total is somewhere between $100-$150. It would probably be higher if Google had allowed devs to sell from day one... something that still bums...

    Post Google acquires Motorola Mobility

I'm thrilled. This seems like an absolutely brilliant move on the part of Page and company. Also, I don't think that other Android hardware developers have anything to worry about. In fact, I'd say that they have even less to worry about now that Google is getting all those Motorola patents.

Better than creating a new thread to discuss a topic that has already been introduced, don't you think? ;)

Post Rant - Tablet Computing is really sucky

I love my Xoom, even if my love for Motorola is waning, but I do have to agree to a point. When I bought the thing, I had dreams of an all-in-one device... something that I could use as a laptop replacement but that I could also use to make phone calls. Well, I can make phone calls using...

Post Xoom LTE upgrade in September

Well, better late than never. I still can't help but wonder if the date will get pushed back even more. At this point, I'm more amused than anything else.

Post Galaxy Tab 10.1 4g LTE launching on Verizon July 28th

September? lol *tears* I don't actually care that much, but with the 10.1 LTE coming out in just a few days, I'm starting to feel the sting of irony. I'm still not sure I even want to upgrade to LTE once the upgrade is ready, given potential battery issues. Battery > speed.

    Post [Q] ipad2

I don't know if it will add any more spice to your life than the iPad, but I can say that I use my XOOM daily, and I've yet to get weary of it. And I got it the day it was released.

Post Netflix released for vibrant today.

If I had a uterus, I would offer to have your babies. Working great on XOOM.

Thread Netflix coming to Honeycomb... sorta....

So it looks like Netflix is finally coming to Honeycomb, but I wonder how long it will take for it to show up on the Xoom: http://www.engadget.com/2011/07/20/netflix-to-stream-from-hdmi-equipped-tablets-enable-lo/ Edit: Or does the Xoom lack this pre-requisite hardware needed for streaming...
