I am in the same boat i have tried everything i can think of and i cannot seem to get my phone to work. I have tried multiple RUU's with no luck i cant flash them and before i relocked my bootloader i tried different recoveries with no luck. Now when i try to flash a boot_signed.img it says...

Does anyone know how to make cwm stick? I have to reinstall it everytime. I went through all the steps to install it (install the kernel and the cwm file) no matter what i do i cant get it to stick

Im not sure how to do that but when all else fails, if its taking a long time, walk away from your phone. Keep yourself busy for a few minutes. The last thing you should do is a battery pull, last result.

Dont do this. Battery pulling while your phone is in the process of doing anything involving root is generally a very bad idea.
