issues that i've encountred
1)keyboard soft reboot
2)after reboot,3G automatically enabled
3)market too many slow
4)louder audio hack wont work (not a force close,but seems that the app can't do the replacement of csv file)

The JIT switch version 0.1. Should work not only with this but with pretty much any configuration. Note that it's NOT an update.zip (there are still gaps in my knowledge). libdvm.standard and libdvm.jit go in /system/lib. jiton.sh and jitoff.sh go in /system/bin and need to be chmodded to 755. past that, though, you can just open up a terminal and type "jiton.sh" or "jitoff.sh" and it should go. Enjoy!
(p.s. one of these days I'll actually make an update.zip for this). keyboard still fc's when you boot it up but other than that it seems to be pretty happy.

ehi kol!i've three suggestion:i think that's a good idea to add into spareparts apk the possibilty to select "silent" mode or "vibrate" mode by the lockscreen button!i also think that you've to add "androzip" or "astro" or "ES file manager" to your rom and IMHO bluetooth.apk (openeclair) is better and more light than "medieval bluetooth file transfer".
some bugs:
*when i install or uninstall any app,i've to restart helix launcher to see the changes
*import vcf file from sdcard (contact app) won't work (it will ever remain in loading)
*application opening is still slow

when you slide between screens there is a indicator on top like iphone does
And the sms.apk in that rom is wonderful for the SMS Import/Export function

Heres 2.3B do you want 2.3 C too?I know you have a lot on your plate so I haven't said anything but if you do a non-wipe update, can you include the changes you put in 2.3?
The reason I ask is that I have never been able to successfully flash 2.3. I can get it to load but there is no wallpaper and it always eventually goes into a bootloop and I have to remove the battery and nandroid back to 2.2.

I linked the wrong launcher. The one I am thinking of is the one is this MOD of Httcclays Superfast 1.0 ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=651163I think I may have figured out which boot.img to use for the ram hack. I am gonna test it and let you know what I find out
