try flashing TWRP 2.8.7.0. then do a full wipe. 1- factory reset wipe, 2- go to advanced wipe and wipe, dalvik cache, system, cache, and data. then flash your rom. if this don't work you will need to ruu again. also data partition could be corrupt.
