I think AT&T are intentionally restricting you. The fix is for you to purchase ATT Lockers extended storage and pay them monthly for it.

I had no trouble at all when I called on the phone. After the store screwed me around I just called AT&T directly and they had no issues with shipping a new one out.

If you can wait until tomorrow, you should be able to exchange it in store. I would recommend swapping it out. The screen without scratches look amazingly beautiful. You paid a lot of money for your device, you definitely deserve one that is amazing.

I had the first shipment from AT&T on the 4th of April, received the phone on the 6th and it was all scratched up. I just talked to them and my new one is on its way here. I should get it tomorrow. I'm hoping for no scratches.
