    Post [HOW-TO][Root+TWRP Recovery][LB]Stock Marshmallow 6.0.1 (23.5.A.0.575/.291)

Hi All, Not a noob but not a pro either. I read that you can rename a zip to .ftf and flash with flashtool. As i trust most info on here, I'll hopefully get an answer. I have the built ROM posted by the op. My 611 is on 6.0.1 with unlocked bootloader and just looking to root with the least...

Hi, Just want to make sure I've got this right before I jump in. The phone has Root, Super CID and S Off. 1. Boot phone into TWRP 2. Advanced Wipe and do the usual 3. Flash the ROM 4. Flash SU (I want root) 5. Flash the bootloader (I want OTA in future) That right? Thanks

Post [Q] how to update yoga 1380f lollipop??

I used the Temp CWM method covered here: I had to get other drivers from Intel. http://forum.xda-developers.com/thinkpad-tablet/general/guide-cwm-root-lenovo-yoga-2-8-10-13-t2998498 If your on Kitkat use the T3 trigger. It might be worth waiting though as Lollipop is due for release this week...

    Post [ROM] Android Revolution HD 93.0 | High Quality & Performance | 7.19.401.30 | 5.0.2

Does anyone get poor LTE with this ROM? Not sure if it's just this ROM or custom ROM's in general. I bought a Microsoft Lumia 640 which was bought for the free Office 365 and 1TB of Onedrive more than the phone. Anyway, I use the same sim in both phones and the Lumia absolutely blinds the HTC...

Ok Danny and thanks again. Quite painless when someone takes away any doubts. Really appreciate you help.

Post So you came at XDA-Developers to find help? (Beginners Thread)

I'll edit this post shortly with more details. I flashed the firmwares and each gave an error but being daring (or stupid) I carried on. Flashed the recovery and it rebooted back into the same ROM. Not sure why after what you mentioned. Main thing is, it's not a brick ;) I'll post the new...

Post So you came at XDA-Developers to find help? (Beginners Thread)

OK, So... Flash firmwares Flash recovery Flash new ROM I have some TWRP .img files (new) and as I only put ARHD on yesterday, nothing spoiling if I start again. I could use the backup I did just after install but not needed really. Are there any files/programs I need to make sure are on the...

Hi Danny, Well I'm here. I got the updates...all including and after the one you mentioned in the other thread. I got the HTC file in your link. You say to have a ROM on the SD, is this any rom or does it have to be a certain one? Thanks

    Post [ROM] Android Revolution HD 93.0 | High Quality & Performance | 7.19.401.30 | 5.0.2

I flashed the latest ARHD yesterday and all seems ok. I've never updated any firmware or radio since the phone was new and would like to update them as my LTE and wifi seem to be poor. I followed the links in the first post for firmware and it listed loads of numbers. What are they? Mines a...

    Post ★ ☆ [ROM][5.1] Google Play+ Edition | 6.04.1700.19 [08-09-16] ★☆

Hi, It's been a long time since I flashed my M7. Do I flash the firmware via TWRP? I was thinking maybe 1. Go into recovery and wipe all it says to. 2. Flash firmware.zip 3. Flash ROM.zip My M7 is S-OFF and running an older Revolution ROM. Thanks

    Post Something interesting?

Thanks workdowg. It seems it's not as clear cut as first thought. Mind you, I didn't expect it to be. I did try a HP keyboard with OTG in Android and that got picked up ok (No lights on keyboard) I'm a bit in the same mind as Social-Design. I'd rather have a definite way to restore Android...

I will let you know. I just asked for the OP to clarify a few things before I go ahead. I may try Linux first with Windows 8/10 being the final install.
