Could someone find out the reason of this problem ? I mean every one makes the same mistake or it is normal and we have to go through all the process with the phoenix which you mentioned ? Is this problem answer to my question or it is another issue ?

It is a contact email on www.emui.com site where I try to get unlock code.

So even if I will wait for 14 days I will still get this error ? And if I create a new one I won't have to wait for 14 days ?

When trying to get unlock code from the site I get the error "The Huawei ID used to apply for the unlock code has not been used on the device for more than 14 days.". But I use this account for about a month, maybe more. Can this problem occur because of that I reset my password yesterday ?

I have surfed internet and could find out the bootloader unlock method of Honor 8. Does Honor 8 Pro is unlocked with the same method ?

Too much new information, now I have to find out how to unlock bootloader, how to check encrypted/decrypted status and many other issues :) Thanks for the help, going to dive into google.
