I think the main reason for this is the battery. The phone's battery will get hotter after 1-2 years. It will run cooler if you change the battery.- Zat.o.ichi

Thread Using different batteries for Oneplus X (Meizu M2 Note - BT42C)
The sizes of the BT42C (446176 - 3100mah) and BLP607 (356176 - 2450mah) are the same in width(61mm)/height(76mm) The thickness is about 0.9mm difference. Is it possible to use the BT42C (Meizu M2 Note) battery for Oneplus X? Does anyone have information?- Zat.o.ichi
