    Fresh ROM install is all Ive figured out to get rid of this bug. That or factory reset seems to do the trick. Davlik and Cache clear do not seem do it. I have not figured out what causes the bug, but messing around with Titanium Backup and other root access programs is my suspicion. Cheers on...

    So I'm having problems connecting to the the S4's modem via USB. I think it may be a driver issue. Also, I am unsure as to which mode my phone should be in whilst connecting to it's modem. I have, however, set my USB mode to AP & DM + MODEM + ADB, and then rebooted. Device manager reads Unknown...
