I'm having two issues since a fresh install.
1) In certain apps (like Chrome) my Nav bar and buttons both go black.
2) MMS stops working a day or two after installing the OS.
I can send logs if someone will link me to instructions for getting the required logs for these issues.
Edit: one...
I decided a few days ago that I wanted to restore my Moto X Pure to stock and lock the bootloader. I have been unsuccessful so far. I have attempted to restore the stock OS via the Moto X Pure Multi Tool V3 and all 3 stock image sets from Motorola's website.
I can restore all images except...
Just download YouTube and the other missing one (can't remember now) from the market. This isn't a problem with Gummy, but with the gapps package on goo-inside.me
That's just a battery and OS thing. The top ten percent of your battery's charge is an estimate. Happens to me sometimes. Just leave it plugged in and it'll eventually charge.
I'm loving this more and more. Is it possible to get a brightness slider in the notification area? Or maybe set up custom brightness levels based on the light sensor?
It is possible that Gorilla Glass may have saved your phone in this case, but I have the exact scratches on my Droid X with GG. Also my Xoom. I ended up with screen protectors on them for this reason. Nothing is impossible to scratch. And once they get tiny scratches like that they are more...

The app Tasker has this feature. You can read a profile that reads the sensor and you can set the brightness based on that data. The app is expensive, but it's crazy powerful. You can get a week of use without paying if you dl from their website. Google Tasker.
It may be related to the stock ROM. I'm running CM9 and get a cap of around 12mbps on wifi tether. Never tested on USB, but I have to assume the cap is due to Wi-Fi limitations.
How long is "a while?" I have mine reboot every night and it always runs well. Are you rooted? Stock?
I haven't found the need for killing apps but go to your apps list, select the Running tab, select an app, and click Force Stop.
The notification power options can be built using Widgetsoid from the Market. It's free. This feature is also built into many custom ROMs, like AOKP and CM9 Kang.
I used to go naked with my Droid X. After getting 2 hairline scratches on it, barely visible to the eye, I decided to put a protector on it. I dropped it one time in the year and a half I owned it. Landed right on the screen on gravel. I'm pretty sure that would have scraped the screen...
