Very annoying that, but not the end of the world. I had to edit some my contacts by reversing the first & last names

I did have the European S10 which does have those settings but I had to return it to Samsung. In the future I may get another S10 but I would prefer the Snapdragon version. All my contacts are sorted last name first which is the way I prefer.

Can you guys who have the Hong Kong version of the S10 confirm whether there is settings in the contacts app to sort by last name & display by last name. I'm asking because my daughter's S9 is a Hong Kong version and it doesn't have these settings

Yes its crappy at the moment. I'm getting roughly 7 in 10 success rate & have to consciously make sure I press the right area. My Oneplus 6T works nearly everytime. Hopefully updates will make it better.
