    Post ★ [ROM/ROOT][N900VVRUCNC2][4.4.2] Stock Root Odex/DeOdex [04/23/14]★

For the record I did it before without any issue at all. Don't think it matters. Just only the newer one will work after.

Post Note 3 4.4.2 Test build may be imminent

It probably will be enforcing. That's now the default in KitKat itself. http://developer.android.com/about/versions/kitkat.html#44-security

Post $50 for signing up for serve on ISIS

Can confirm this does work. Once signed up for Serve, took about 5 minutes for the card to fully activate on ISIS and about 5 minutes after that, boom $50. Awesome. Thanks, OP. :good:

Post SanDisk Extreme Plus 64 GB microSDXC $64.99 (Amazon Prime) Will Not Last!!!

I see things like this a bunch and it puzzles me, I've been using Sandisk cards for what feels like forever and I've never had problems with them and Samsung phones, and that's 4 different models, maybe I'm just lucky or something. Can't say I agree entirely. I definitely noticed improvements...

Post Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Set to Receive an Update

Verizon isn't removing Band 4 and it has nothing to do with pricing, there are no other costs, it's merely added bandwidth capacity. Enabling Band 4 in the service menu lets it the phone search for and connect to it like it does anything else. Forcing it, which can be done following the same...

Post Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Set to Receive an Update

I am more than aware and did so weeks ago. I have 4 or 5 posts in the AWS thread if you ever read it, hence my emphasis on officially. The question was if this finally makes it by default for the masses an AWS LTE capable device. Also some people claim it only works when they force it, even when...

Funny enough poking around today in Philly, found....15Mhz now.

    Post AWS availability, LTE speedtest

Philly has had band 4 VZ LTE for a little while now, it's worked at least ever since the GS4 had it unlocked a few weeks ago anyway, however unlike NYC at 20 it only seems to be 10Mhz channel here. Best I can seem to do on it is 26/18 on the Note 3. It certainly works best outdoors where I can...

Post Key Notes for Verizon Galaxy S4 (AWS LTE) on T-Mobile's Network

Couple of things. Remember as I started with the baseband in i545 when on LTE really wants to use CDMA as the default so when it's searching it's not going to obtain GSM as instantaneous As it otherwise would. Don't see any specific way of that getting patched ever as we're going against the...

Post Key Notes for Verizon Galaxy S4 (AWS LTE) on T-Mobile's Network

Use this app, hit Device Information, and change the dropdown to LTE/GSM (auto PRL). Given the simplicity not sure you need much more of a walk through than that. A video would require a bunch of editing to blot out IMEI and phone #s.
