The Camera takes ages to actually take a picture. Often i just take a photo of the ground. Is this normal? Or is there a better Camera App for this rom?

There's no Connection to the Camera for me. Anyone else got this problem? Edit: Reflashing solved this problem.

i fixed it by using th right twrp, op linked it in the first post and then reinstalled the os. First Boot without boot and then i flashed gaps nano. Works fine at the moment.
