you need full backup from twrp before install rom. the backup must include baseband partition and efs partition.

no option for wifi calling. I tried to change modem and wipe data but no success. any suggest ?

it is universal network fix script for 4.3 custom kernels but need init.d supporting you still need patched modem, flash the script and patched modem in recovery menu. for now it's only for i9300 4.3 roms and testing release. feedback which kernel you tested
