how long does it take to charge your m4 ?!
and how many mAh you get with which charger ??
i get 1240 mAh using 2.1 A ipad adapter and it charges in around 1 hr & 20 mins
can i get it faster ?!

It takes 2h 30min - 3hours to charger from 14% to 100%

yes and no.
if connected to the sony charger then it will charge at full speed. the charging speed is limited by the phone (specifically, by the hardware components inside the phone), so even if you connect the phone to a 100A charger the phone won't charge 100 times faster. Also please note that the battery life is shorten when charging with higher current (for example when using 2A charger the battery is charged a bit faster but the battery will get hotter while charging and probably after 6month you need to replace the battery)
if connected to PC USB port then the phone will charge slowly (USB2.0 current limit is 500mA, newer standards have higher output but your M4 can't tell if it is connected to USB2.0 or 3.0 so it just plays safe to limit at 500mA - but a custom kernel like SkyMelon can change this setting)

M4 has SMB1360 battery charger and fuel gauge controller and it's a QC1. This controller has a max current rating of 1.5A.
