Problems with camera and heart rate

I have bought the Diggro DI01 and I think it's a very good smartwatch. Sadly the camera and heart rate sensor on my device are not working. I know this thread is rather old but maybe someone can help me with this?
When I start the camera app it says: "Can't connect to the camera. Please make sure to close other apps that might use camera or flashlight."

Has anyone successfully rooted this watch yet? I tried those one-click-solutions, but they all failed and I could not find a custom rom or custom recovery for this watch. I think it is strange that there aren't more threads for this smartwatch, because it is a really nice gadget with good specs in my opinion. Maybe it is more popular by other names? I would be glad to get any information!
