Yes, I personally use Salesforce cause it offers a variety of options.
To its flexibility, another major plus to my mind is that it's extremely easy to manage. Even a small dev shop or any other organisation without a great deal of in-house IT knowledge, will still be able to implement changes on the administration side...
Also it's live. I mean that the platform is continuously being evaluated by users and further developed, expanding on a daily basis.
