[M5 lite 10.1] Update to BAH2-W19 8.0.0.256(OCEC431) with unlocked bootloader

Anyone has had success with it? After updating I get TWRP, and after restarting I get an "update failed" notification.

I've updated the LTE version, but only rooted : no TWRP.
No problem at all.
