OK guys, after breaking my head on this issue for a couple of days I found the solution. Seems like all of you are on SuperSu version 2.46 (the stable Play Store version). I updated to SuperSu beta 2.52 and it works as normal now....

who needs Google when we got devs like you, hopefully the community will work to find a fix for the bugs,gonna test and report soon...
