Hi there,
I am not able to start a ftp server on my phone either when the phone hosts a WiFi network nor when my tablet hosts a WiFi network. So in both cases phone and tablet are in the same network.
User error? Or (maybe yet) not possible?

I lost 40 % over night on my g2, device was every ten minutes active. Think it was the file explorer
