What is fixed in boot? I don't remenber any bug about boot
The 20170219 build cannot boot. 20170220 can.

Does mic work with WhatsApp calls and others like Skype, etc?
Also, in the initial startup when you first boot into the ROM, does the app backup feature work like it used to in Marshmallow?
I don't use WhatsApp. Mic is broken in Skype calls.

And what about OK Google voice command? Any suggestion or workaround?
I tried the voice command, but it doesn't work. For me, the mic only works with 1) Phone calls 2) Certain mic apps?

It's not yet fixed.
Hopefully it gets fixed in the next build. The latest (9/6/2016) cm13 does fix it somehow.
