If anyone is using the Google edition. I recommend using the new 2.1.1 kernel from tbalden. It fixes issue with one cpu core being locked to max frequency and overall everything is much smoother. Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
Flashing custom ROM doesn't update things like HBoot and Radio, so you NEED to grab OTA if you want it updated to the latest. Some other things may not be updated also, not sure what else though. At least I think so from what I remember. Until ...
