I think google/LG messed up with voltages in more ways it looks on the first glance.
Put their values on the graph and You'll notice that the line is linear. But it should be somewhat parabolic.
It's easy to demonstrate on the graph.

First tab - undervolting parameters - show CPU table.
If I have disabled powermodes service my high load threshold for hotplug isn't sticking. Tried to change from freqs/voltages and from default mode.
If service is enabled it's sticking without problem.
Just FYI about going from other kernel.
There is two ways to deliver kernel to your device:
flash boot.img (franco, semaphore, air, matrix, stock)
use anykernel (faux, trinity).
