My modem is dead :) i install experimental ! :D You didn't also flash latest TWRP through Mobile Odin? I did that and ended up with a boot loop. Flashed recovery again through Odin (download mode) and came back with "baseband version: unknown"....
So I must somehow flash the new TWRP before flashing CM12 (or any other Lollipop based rom) ? Flashing the .tar file downloaded from TWRP website through Mobile Odin works beautifully for me. Choose open file, select the tar file and press flash...
