If you are on Nougat you can get bootloader code using DC unlocker (paid service)

How do I do that? Do I need a special zip? You can try dload but it fails most of the time so use can twrp and hurupdater to flash stock rom

Try using root explorer

Rename local.prop to local.prop.bak in /cust/all/cn/prop it might work
