If you don't want wipe your data, you can select system, cache and wipe dalvik cache in wipe menu same as TWRP. But you should have forgotten that the TWRP factory reset option also erases user apps and data, including internal storage.

Just now flashed the complete flashable zip file -> wiped cache/dalvik -> flashed Magisk-17.1.zip -> flashed TWRP3.2.3.zip
