The error looks like you were compiling CM. The easiest way to clean is to use the scripts included with RootBox.
I've already tried multiple cables and have the same problems. I don't have another Android phone laying around because I came from an iPhone. If others are having the same issue, then its not me, it has to do something with Windows 7.
