This cannot be caused by the ROM. It doesn't touch permissions of the apps on a dirty flash. So must either be your GApps or something else you did or installed. I am doing this daily for months now and never experienced that. I dropped 20 usd ...

AFAIK OP5 is still supported by RR, just seems that the maintainer has abandoned the device, and this thread, for all intents and purposes. And I get it, people get busy :) fldc is kind enough to share his unofficial builds with us (thanks man!!)...
