Oohh how about Genesis? It is about origin, or creation. We can interpret it as 'a genesis to the rise' of our Atrix. Rebirth is too common, this gives it more of a 'dawn of a new-age' vibe. Prometheus also sounds nice. Keep the suggestions coming...
