There is some progress, now booting the kernel freeze at:
drivers/rtc/hctosys.c: unable to open rtc device (rtc0)
Now we can see Framebuffer console,when kernel booting :)

Hey,guys!Its really my photocam bug :D I use Tatoo kernel sources some is added, some is removed. But the process of debugging has become much easier and I hope soon to be released. Now loading crash on stage:

pmem_adsp: 0 init
Please,Be patient.Yesterday I added the vbro code in head.S of kernel and its work!So haret works and kernel is relocated in RAM.Later I will try add this code into board-mega.c - need to know how works MMU on in Linux and device initialization.
