The changelog is for all devices and since Since Mon Feb 16, not only the N9 so it isn't obvious what has changed.

I was getting FCs with the ROM, call audio was unreliable even with the patch (see below) and some issues accessing my files on the internal sdcard.

I was also able to flash the 2/24 version coming from Beta13 without wiping data.
I backed up the user apps and system data with TitaniumBackup
Then I removed my fingerprints & PIN from Android settings

I would really like to see a current version of ChromeOS ported to the N9. I think the ChromeOS interface is more approachable for getting work done, while Android is better for consuming content.
