If you are using the rooted stock NB1 rom by Muniz, I had success with these two mods. Fix the SD permissions that Google changed in 4.4 using the SDFix app or either of these two methods here:
So I found out the external SD card is not writeable for a lot of apps (including titanium). Here's a fix that worked for me.
