I had the same problem a few times.
Just install RootExplorer and delete data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf.
after Reboot it should works
Your saved wifi passwords will be deleted!!!
to save the pws copy the wpa_supplicant.conf to your sdcard ...
