== Instructions that worked for me ==
- Download myTouch Q drivers (Search "mytouch Q usb drivers" - Can't post links yet! XD )
- Check that adb recognizes device: C:\> adb devices

I figured out that the problem was my Git repo was "dirty".
That said I'm not really sure what changes I made to my working copy, but I didn't want to commit anything. So the solution ended up being to checkout a fresh (clean) copy and re-run ...
