In the WiFi settings, under the menu, "WiFi Network Bands", select "2.4 GHz only". That improved the wifi quality significantly for me.
Pull down the notification bar, and click on the notification which says something like, "38%, charging" or somesuch.. that will allow you to the change the USB mode to allow file transfers.
Do you need stock recovery for this to work or will twrp work? Can't figure out why mine won't take Sent from my XT1058 using Tapatalk You need stock recovery, TWRP won't work.
for unlocked bootloader we'd have to delete superuser to install this, correct? No, you don't need to uninstall superuser. If you use xposed, make sure you uninstall the framework (no need to uninstall the modules).
