I never really had a problem like that when using S2E. If you want though, you can use Links2sd (I think that's what it's called) instead, and move all your apps to sd card. That might be more stable than using S2E.
On the newest that was recently released (a6?) and the phone randomly reboots. I don't know if it was doing so last time I installed as I ended up needing to use the phone and went back to cm7 official. But now back on this cm10, and it has reboot...
